What to expect from your session
Exclusively natural light, on-location sessions.
When photographing you and your children, we set out to create gorgeous images that will capture your true personalities. We will spend 1-2 hours at your home in a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. When photographing children and families, we love to capture candid expressions and prefer not to ask them to "cheese" for the camera. That way the smiles we do catch are much more honest and genuine, and the expressions between smiles are often just as beautiful. We work mostly on weekend afternoons. That way the whole family can be there, and the light is just right.
Post-session
Each image is individually crafted, and 20-30 proofs will be available for online viewing within one week. These online galleries will be available for you to browse for two weeks.
Helpful tips
Not sure What to wear? Color, drama, and more color are what The Heart Is Found Photography is all about, so please don't be shy. Please avoid bold, patterned clothing and clothing with large logos or images printed on them.
Feel free to stop for breaks for snacks or drinks for the children during the session.
Individual enlargements are fairly priced, and you can purchase the "Portfolio-Building Package" to save a bundle. This package is $100 and includes five 4x6's, two 8x12's, and one 16x24.
